Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kavachauto (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”). Please read this policy carefully. This is Kavachauto’s cancellation policy for purchases made at www.kavachauto.in (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

1. Order cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped from our warehouse. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at carekavachimpex@gmail.com or +91 76781 99024 with your order number.

2. Refund process for cancelled orders

Orders not yet shipped: If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

Previously shipped orders: Previously shipped orders cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return, subject to our return policy, after you receive the item.

3. Specially Customized Products

Please note that specially customized products cannot be returned once production has begun. We will notify you during the ordering process if your item qualifies as a specially customized product.
